TiCl2 + 2NaOH → Ti(OH)2 + 2NaCl


Titanium(II) chloride react with sodium hydroxide to produce titanium(II) hydroxide and sodium chloride. Sodium hydroxide - concentrated solution. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 0°C in a hydrogene atmosphere.
