Titanium(III) chloride react with ammonia

TiCl3 + 6NH3 → TiCl3•6NH3


Titanium(III) chloride react with ammonia to produce adduct titanium(III) chloride and ammonia. The reaction is conducted in a liquid ammonia, at a temperature near -40°C.
