TiOCl2 + H2SO4 → TiOSO4 + 2HCl


Titanyl chloride react with sulfuric acid to produce titanyl sulfate and hydrogen chloride. Sulfuric acid - 50% solution. This reaction takes place in a boiling solution, in vacuo.
