Titanium(IV) oxide react with sulfuric acid

TiO2 + 2H2SO4 → Ti(SO4)2 + 2H2O


Titanium(IV) oxide react with sulfuric acid to produce titanium(IV) sulfate and water. Sulfuric acid - 96% solution. This reaction slowly takes place at a temperature of 180-200°C.
