Boron(III) chloride react with ammonia

BCl3 + 4NH3 → BN + 3NH4Cl

Boron(III) chloride react with ammonia to produce boron(III) nitride and ammonium chloride. This reaction takes place at a temperature of 500-1000°C, in a flow H2.
