Chromyl chloride react with ammonium hydroxide

CrO2Cl2 + 4(NH3•H2O) → (NH4)2CrO4 + 2NH4Cl + 2H2O




Chromyl chloride react with ammonium hydroxide to produce ammonium chromate, ammonium chloride and water. Ammonium hydroxide - diluted solution.
