CrF5 + 6C2H5OH → Cr(OH)3 + CH3CHO + 5C2H5F + 2H2O




Chromium(V) fluoride react with ethanol to produce chromium(III) hydroxide, acetaldehyde, fluoroethane and water. Ethanol cold.
