Cu2S + 6H2SO4 → 2CuSO4 + 5SO2 + 6H2O




Copper(I) sulfide react with sulfuric acid to produce copper sulfate, sulfur dioxide and water. Sulfuric acid - concentrated heated solution. This reaction takes place slowly.
