Iron(II) bromide react with nitric acid

FeBr2 + 6HNO3 → Fe(NO3)3 + Br2 + 3NO2 + 3H2O




Iron(II) bromide react with nitric acid to produce iron(III) nitrate, bromine, nitrogen dioxide and water. Nitric acid - concentrated heated solution.
