2[Fe(C5H5)2] + 2H2SO4 → [Fe(C5H5)2]2SO4 + SO2 + 2H2O




Ferrocene react with sulfuric acid to produce dicyclopentadienyliron(III) sulfate, sulfur dioxide and water. Sulfuric acid - concentrated solution.
