Iron(III) chloride react with hydrogen

2FeCl3 + H2 → 2FeCl2 + 2HCl




Iron(III) chloride react with hydrogen to produce iron(II) chloride and hydrogen chloride. This reaction takes place at a temperature of 250-300°C.
