Iron(III) oxide react with hydrogen sulfide

Fe2O3 + 3H2S → 2FeS + S + 3H2O




Iron(III) oxide react with hydrogen sulfide to produce iron(II) sulfide and water. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 750°C.
