2KCr(SO4)2 + 12KSCN → 2K3[Cr(SCN)6] + 4K2SO4




Chromium(III)-potassium sulfate react with potassium thiocyanate to produce potassium hexatiocyanochromate(III) and potassium sulfate. Potassium thiocyanate - concentrated solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
