KSCN + 2H2SO4 + H2O → KHSO4 + NH4HSO4 + COS




Potassium thiocyanate react with sulfuric acid and water to produce potassium bisulfate, ammonium bisulfate and carbonyl sulfide. Sulfuric acid - 60% solution. This reaction takes place at a temperature of 40-50°C.
