3KNO2 + 2HCl → 2KCl + KNO3 + 2NO + H2O




Potassium nitrite react with hydrogen chloride to produce potassium chloride, potassium nitrate , nitric oxide and water. Hydrogen chloride - concentrated solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
