K2[PtCl4] + 4(NH3•H2O) → [Pt(NH3)4]Cl2 + 2KCl + 4H2O




Potassium tetrachloridoplatinate(II) react with ammonium hydroxide to produce tetraammineplatinum(II) chloride, potassium chloride and water. Ammonium hydroxide - solution with concentration of over 10%.
