Re2S7 + 7H2 → 2Re + 7H2S


Rhenium(VII) sulfide react with hydrogen to produce rhenium and hydrogen sulfide. This reaction takes place at a temperature of 250-300°C. Impurities: Rhenium(VI) sulfide ReS3.
