Sb2O4 + 9HCl → SbCl3 + H[SbCl6] + 4H2O


Antimony(III,V) oxide react with hydrogen chloride to produce antimony(III) chloride, hydrogen hexachloridoantimonate(V) and water. Hydrogen chloride - concentrated, heated solution. This reaction takes place slowly.
