SeCl4 + SeO2 → 2SeOCl2


Selenium tetrachloride react with selenium(IV) oxide to produce selenium(IV) oxide-dichloride. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 66°C, in vacuo, in the concentrated solution sulfuric acid.
