Tin(II) chloride react with sodium carbonate

SnCl2 + Na2CO3 → SnO + 2NaCl + CO2


Tin(II) chloride react with sodium carbonate to produce oxide tin(II), sodium chloride and carbon dioxide. This reaction takes place at a temperature of 750-900°C, in a nitrogen atmosphere.
