Iron(II) chloride react with ammonium hydroxide

FeCl2 + 2(NH3•H2O) ⇄ Fe(OH)2 + 2NH4Cl




Iron(II) chloride react with ammonium hydroxide to produce iron(II) hydroxide and ammonium chloride. Ammonium hydroxide - concentrated solution. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 80°C in a nitrogen atmosphere.
