NaH2PO4 + 2Na2HPO4 → Na5P3O10 + 2H2O


Disodium hydroorthophosphate react with sodium hydrogen phosphate to produce sodium triphosphate and water. This reaction takes place at a temperature of 350-550°C.[8] The reaction proceeds in the under strictly controlled conditions.[16]
