Chlorine(V) fluoride-dioxide react with platinum hexafluoride to produce hexafluoride-hexafluoroplatinate(V) chlorine(VII), dioxide-hexafluoroplatinate(V) chlorine(V) and oxygen. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 25°C.
