Calcium hydroxide react with ammonium chloride

Ca(OH)2 + 2NH4Cl → CaCl2 + 2NH3 + 2H2O


Calcium hydroxide react with ammonium chloride to produce calcium chloride, ammonia and water. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 200°C.
