Chromium(II) fluoride react with sulfuric acid

2CrF2 + 4H2SO4 → Cr2(SO4)3 + SO2 + 4HF + 2H2O


Chromium(II) fluoride react with sulfuric acid to produce chromium(III) sulfate, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen fluoride and water. Sulfuric acid - concentrated solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
