Iron(II) chromite react with nitric acid

Fe(CrO2)2 + 10HNO3 → 2Cr(NO3)3 + Fe(NO3)3 + NO2 + 5H2O


Iron(II) chromite react with nitric acid to produce chromium(III) nitrate, chromium(III) nitrate, nitrogen dioxide and water. Nitric acid - concentrated heated solution.
