Iron(II) bromide react with ammonium hydroxide

FeBr2 + 2(NH3•H2O) → Fe(OH)2 + 2NH4Br


Iron(II) bromide react with ammonium hydroxide to produce iron(II) hydroxide and ammonium bromide. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 80°C in a nitrogen atmosphere.
