Iron(II) chloride react with nitric acid

FeCl2 + 4HNO3 → Fe(NO3)3 + NO2 + 2HCl + H2O

Iron(II) chloride react with nitric acid to produce iron(III) nitrate, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen chloride and water. Nitric acid - concentrated solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
