Sodium pentacyanonitrosylsferrate(II) react with sulfuric acid and water to produce sodium sulfate, iron(III) sulfate, nitric oxide, ammonium sulfate and carbon monoxide. Sulfuric acid - concentrated solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
