Iron(II) hydroxide react with sodium hydroxide

Fe(OH)2 + 2NaOH → Na2[Fe(OH)4]

Iron(II) hydroxide react with sodium hydroxide to produce tetrahydroxoferrate(II) sodium. Sodium hydroxide - solution with concentration of over 50%. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution in a nitrogen atmosphere.
