FeSO4 + Fe2(SO4)3 + 8NaOH → Fe3O4 + 4Na2SO4 + 4H2O


Iron(II) sulfate react with iron(III) sulfate and sodium hydroxide to produce iron(II,III) oxide, sodium sulfate and water. Sodium hydroxide - diluted solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
