MnCl2 + 2NaOH → Mn(OH)2 + 2NaCl


Manganese(II) chloride react with sodium hydroxide to produce manganese(II) hydroxide and sodium chloride. Sodium hydroxide - 20% solution. This reaction takes place in a nitrogen atmosphere.
