Ammonium hydroxide react with sodium hypochlorite

2(NH3•H2O) + NaClO → N2H4•H2O + NaCl + 2H2O


Ammonium hydroxide react with sodium hypochlorite to produce hydrazine hydrate, sodium chloride and water. Sodium hypochlorite - concentrated solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
