Na2TeO3 + Na2O2 + 3H2O → Na2H4TeO6 + 2NaOH


Sodium tellurite react with sodium peroxide and water to produce sodium tetrahydroorthotellurate and sodium hydroxide. The reaction takes place in a concentrated, heat solution sodium hydroxide.
