Nickel(II) chloride react with nitric acid

3NiCl2 + 8HNO3 → 3Ni(NO3)2 + 3Cl2 + 2NO + 4H2O


Nickel(II) chloride react with nitric acid to produce nickel(II) nitrate, chlorine, nitric oxide and water. Nickel(II) chloride - solid. Nitric acid - 30% solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
