2H[PF6] + 5H2O → H[PO2F2] + H2[PO3F] + 9HF


Hydrogen hexafluorophosphate(V) react with water to produce hydrogen difluorodioxophosphate(V), hydrogen fluorotrioxophosphate(V) and hydrogen fluoride. This reaction takes place in a heat, concentrated solution nitric acid.
