Palladium react with nitric acid

Pd + 4HNO3 → Pd(NO3)2 + 2NO2 + 2H2O


Palladium react with nitric acid to produce palladium(II) nitrate, nitrogen dioxide and water. Nitric acid - concentrated solution. The reaction takes place in a boiling solution.
