Potassium tetrachloridopaladate(II) react with hydrazine hydrate and hydrate ammonium

2K2[PdCl4] + N2H4•H2O + 4(NH3•H2O) → 2Pd + N2 + 4KCl + 4NH4Cl + 5H2O

Potassium tetrachloridopaladate(II) react with hydrazine hydrate and hydrate ammonium to produce palladium, nitrogen, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride and water. Ammonium hydroxide - diluted solution.

As a result, reaction is produced colloidal solution palladium.
