K2[PdCl6] + 2Hg(CN)2 → Pd(CN)4 + 2HgCl2 + 2KCl


Potassium exachloridopalladate(IV) react with mercury(II) cyanide to produce palladium(IV) cyanide, mercury(II) chloride and potassium chloride. This reaction takes place at a temperature near 10°C in the diluted solution hydrogen chloride.
